Hey there, Northampton families. My name is Stacey Frankel and I am so excited to be the head coach for the Northampton Hammerheads for my 2nd year! We have lived in the neighborhood since 2020 and I know most of you and can’t wait to meet the rest of you.

I have much spent most of my entire life around a pool and continue to do so since I love it so much. I was born in upstate New York My family moved to Georgia when I was six, and I immediately joined a summer swim team. I swam with the Piedmont Bend Barracudas until I aged out and became an assistant coach. All through high school, I was a lifeguard and swam and dove for Sprayberry High School. I attended the University of Georgia and participated in the club water polo and rowing teams.

Now as a mom of four amazing kids, I continue to find myself on a pool deck or in the water. I am a USA certified stroke and turn official and I enjoy helping the Chattahoochee Gold team by coaching some of their groups in the afternoons. My favorite part of summer swim is getting to see the look on the kids’ faces when they finish a race or get that first blue ribbon. I can’t wait to see your kiddos’ faces this summer when we have an awesome season!
