Hello Hammerheads!

Summer swim team is off to a great start, and we hope everyone is enjoying it so far.  We truly lucked out with the weather the past few weeks.  The pool will be warmed up in no time!

As we near our first meet, there are a few housekeeping things that we will be sending out via email over the next few days.  The first item is to finalize the list of swimmers available for the first meet on Tuesday, May 30.  We need your RSVPs by Tuesday, May 23.

If you have a swimmer that is NOT available to swim on May 30, we need you to let us know on the website -  Hammerhead Swim Team (https://northamptonhammerheads.swim-team.us).  Steps are:  

Please login to your account and go to the home page.  On the left-hand side there is a section titled "Events." In this section you will see a list of all the meets and other activities for the season.  Next to each meet there is a gray, square RSVP button.  Please click on the RSVP button next to the 5/30 away meet, and let us know if your swimmers are NOT swimming.  You only need to RSVP if you are NOT swimming.  It's really a Regrets Only button.  Please be mindful that the first meet is the day after Memorial Day.  Once completed, a green box on the RSVP will appear.

We realize many of you gave us your swimmer's availability for the season during the registration process.  But we still need everyone that is NOT available to swim to let us know using the RSVP buttons on the website.  This will ensure we have the most accurate list possible for each meet.  If you know your schedule for the entire season, you are welcome to click the RSVP button at any time for those meets you already know your swimmer will miss.

Due to the end of the school year chaos and the holiday weekend, we need your RSVPs by Tuesday, May 23.  

Thank you for your help with this.  We realize things pop up at the last minute, so please let us know as soon as possible.  The more accurate the list, the less rework the coaches, coordinators, and volunteer coordinators will have to do.
