Our first meet is fast approaching!!  We need you to help make sure we know who is swimming on May 30th.  Here is what you need to do:

If you have a swimmer that is NOT available to swim on May 30, we need you to let us know on the website -  Hammerhead Swim Team 

Please login to your account and go to the home page.  On the left-hand side there is a section titled "Events." In this section you will see a list of all the meets and other activities for the season.  Next to each meet there is a gray, square RSVP button.  Please click on the RSVP button next to the 5/30 away meet, and let us know if your swimmers are NOT swimming.  You only need to RSVP if you are NOT swimming.  It's really a Regrets Only button.  Please be mindful that the first meet is the day after Memorial Day.  Once completed, a green box on the RSVP will appear.

 
If you know your schedule for the entire season, you are welcome to click the RSVP button at any time for those meets you already know your swimmer will miss.

 
Due to the end of the school year chaos and the holiday weekend, we need your RSVPs by Tuesday, May 23.  
 

Thank you for your help with this.  We realize things pop up at the last minute, so please let us know as soon as possible.  The more accurate the list, the less rework the coaches, coordinators, and volunteer coordinators will have to do.
