Meet #1 at Mt Bethel

Our first meet is finally here!! Attached are the individual entry reports and heat sheets for this meet.  Please use these to mark the events on your child's arm or leg.  And don't forget to put their name on their backs! If you read through the heat sheets and see an issue with your swimmer, please notify the coordinators immediately! The sooner we can make a change, the better.

Weather

Please remember, we are planning to swim RAIN OR SHINE!!  Lightning and thunder are the only reasons the meet will be postponed, so please plan accordingly.  An umbrella is a good idea, as well as multiple towels and a sweat shirt for your child.  It might be chilly.  If severe weather hits around 4:30, please pay attention to our Hammerhead Swim Team Facebook page.  This will be our main line of communication for last minute information.

Logistics

Coach Cooper will lead a caravan from our parking lot over to the Mt Bethel pool.  We will meet in the clubhouse parking lot at 4:30 to decorate our cars prior to departure at 4:50. Otherwise, please arrive at Mt Bethel by 5:00. Warm-ups will begin at 5:20 pm.

The address for Mt Bethel is 2509 Post Oak Tritt Rd (near the intersection of Holly Springs and Post Oak Tritt).
