Thanks to everyone who volunteered and swam last night!  We came home with a win...woohoo!

While we did win last night, we encountered quite a lot of issues.  There are two areas that we ABSOLUTELY need your help:

1 - RSVPs must be done by this Friday!!  

- If you have problems logging in, email us at [email protected] to let us know your swimmer's RSVP.

- If you have already RSVPd, please validate for each of your swimmers.  

*******The late RSVPs caused multiple hours of rework for the swim lineup and volunteer positions.******

We understand that things come up.  Kids get sick and other sports and activities cause conflicts.  But the sooner you can let the coordinators know, the better.  

2 - We need everyone to volunteer!!  Swimmers have to have volunteer parents at the meet.

- We had multiple NO SHOWS last night.  This created much havoc with filling positions during the meet.  PLEASE check the volunteer assignment list for all members of your family and let us know if you see your name, but can not make it!!

- Going forward, we will not be able to allow a swimmer to participate without a parent volunteer!  Last night, we had to combine positions and were ultimately short on volunteers.

Please remember that most of the people working behind the scenes are ALL volunteers! We realize we can make mistakes, so please, please validate ALL assignments (heat sheets and volunteer assignments), and confirm we have not made a mistake.  The sooner that we know we've made a mistake, the easier it is for us to fix.

Our third meet is Tuesday, June 13th at HOME against Highland Pointe. Please RSVP by Friday, June 9th, if your swimmer will NOT be at the meet on Tuesday. You only need to RSVP if you are NOT swimming. Instructions are below. We will be working on the lineup and volunteer jobs this weekend, so please make sure you RSVP!!

 

RSVP instructions:

Please login to your account and go to the home page.  On the left-hand side there is a section titled "Events." In this section you will see a list of all the meets and other activities for the season.  Next to each meet there is a gray, square RSVP button.  Please click on the RSVP button next to the 6/13 home meet, and let us know if your swimmers are NOT swimming.  You only need to RSVP if you are NOT swimming.  It's really a Regrets Only button. Once completed, a green box on the RSVP will appear.
