Updated Volunteer Assignments - Please Re-check!
Parents: Please re-check your volunteer assignments as MANY CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE.
Bull Pen Volunteers:
1) All must check in by 4:45 with the swimmers.
2) Bull Pen assignments are for the entire meet. 5/6 Bull Pen parents are done after Event 46. Please be sure to clean up your bull pen areas prior to leaving.
Concessions Volunteers:
1) First half concessions volunteers (grillers and servers) must check in at 4:30.
2) Second half concessions volunteers must relieve the first half volunteers at 7:00
All other first half volunteer positions must check in at the pool no later than 5:30pm. Second half parent volunteers must check in at volunteer table and relieve the first half volunteers by Event 46.
**Please return all items you used during the meet (clipboards, stop watches, bull pen baggies, etc) to the scorekeepers.
