Important Reminders

• Our theme for Meet #3 is LUAU!
• Meet day is a VERY IMPORTANT PRACTICE. It is an opportunity for your swimmer to utilize the starting blocks, perfect their flip turns, and legalize their strokes. It is also a way to let us know that your child is available for the meet. Please let us know immediately via email, if your swimmer will NOT be at practice but is available for the meet.
• Draft lineup will be available in the morning on the gate and the FINAL lineup will be emailed to you Tuesday AFTERNOON. It will also be available on the website. 
• Volunteer positions will also be emailed to you in the afternoon. Please double check assignments for your entire family.  We make mistakes, and would love to fix them sooner than later!
• Additional meet day information: We will meet in the clubhouse parking lot at 4:30 to decorate our cars and caravan over to Mt Bethel. Otherwise, please arrive at Windsor Oaks by 5:00. Warm-ups will begin at 5:20 pm.

Information from the Host Team

The parking lot at Windsor Oaks is first come first serve for visitors unless they have a "reserved" sign on them. 

If you park on the street, please ONLY park on the right hand side of the street to allow our neighbors easy passage and allow for emergency vehicles. 

Please be advised of the following

• Our team is welcome downstairs in the pavilion, however, there are to be NO swimmers or visiting team allowed in the upstairs of the pavilion.  
• Swimmers are also NOT allowed to use the single restroom that is located next to concessions (under the pavilion). 
• Swimmers must use the restrooms located directly in front of the pool. 
• We also ask that swimmer stay off of the tennis courts.
