Parent Volunteer Assignments

Please see the attached file with parent volunteer assignments for our meet at Windsor Oaks tomorrow night.

Volunteer Reminders:

1. Bull Pen parents must arrive with the swimmers at 5:00 and the assignment is for the entire meet (5-6 Bullpen volunteers will work first half only). 
2. First half parent volunteers must arrive at the pool no later than 5:30. 
3. Second half parent volunteers must relieve the first half volunteers BY Event 46. 
4. Please return all items you used during the meet (clipboards, stop watches, bull pen baggies, etc) to the scorekeepers. 

 Spirit:

Let's show some team spirit with our LUAU theme!

Meet Information:

We will meet in the clubhouse parking lot at 4:30 to decorate our cars and caravan over to Windsor Oaks. Otherwise, please arrive at Windsor Oaks by 5:00. Warm-ups will begin at 5:20 pm.

The parking lot at Windsor Oaks is first come first serve for visitors unless they have a "reserved" sign on them. 

If you park on the street, please ONLY park on the right hand side of the street to allow our neighbors easy passage and allow for emergency vehicles.
