We can’t believe we are already at our last meet of the season — let’s finish strong and have some fun! Keep or fingers crossed for no rain! 

A few important reminders as we wrap up the season!

Hammerhead Team Party Reminder 🎉
Our Hammerhead Team Party is Tuesday 6/23 at 5:30 PM! We will have our awards ceremony in the clubhouse, followed by pizza at the pool.

We are still collecting donations for the coaches’ gift until Monday. If you would like to contribute, please Venmo Jen Morrison at @Jennifer-Morrison-8. Thank you for helping us celebrate our amazing coaches and all their hard work this season! 💙

We also need pictures for the end-of-season celebration! 📸 Please send any photos you have to Coach Stacey at 404-387-1599.

Our meet theme is PINK OUT for Breast Cancer Awareness 💗 — wear your pink to support and show your Hammerhead spirit! 

For Monday’s meet:

• Please have swimmers arrive at the pool by 4:45 PM for warmups.
• Bullpen volunteers, please try to arrive by 4:30 PM.

Parking Reminder:

• Please do not park in the clubhouse parking lot (this is reserved for our visiting team).
• If possible, please walk to the pool.
• If you do park, please only park on one side of the street to allow emergency vehicle access.
• No parking on roads with medians.

Dinner at The Hammerhead Cafe! 🍕
They’ll be selling Chick-fil-A nuggets and sandwiches, pizza, nachos, candy/snacks, pickles, ice pops, and drinks!

Set-Up Reminder:
Please do not set up chairs alongside the pool during the meet. We need that area clear for traffic flow. Parents may sit near bullpen areas or on the Clubhouse Lawn.

Important Reminders:

• Please mark your child’s arm with their events before arrival.
• Dress up and check in with our Spirit Coordinator, Lauren Thomas, for a chance to win a prize!
