Hammerhead Swim Team: Away meet @ Windsor Oaks – Wednesday, June 25th

Hey Hammerheads! Here’s everything you need to know for our last and final meet of the season—let’s go out strong and PINK OUT in support of Breast Cancer Awareness! 💖 Don't forget to wear your pink gear, bring the spirit, and have fun!!!

Location

Windsor Oaks Pool
2992 Windsor Way, Marietta, GA 30066

Parking

- Parking is very limited – carpooling is encouraged
- Park on the street before the hill leading to the pool
❌ Do NOT park in the pool lot – but you may drive through to drop off chairs/tents
- Golf carts will be circling to shuttle people back and forth
- Please DO NOT block driveways, crosswalks, intersections, or fire hydrants
- Park on one side of the street only to keep traffic flowing

Set-Up & Seating

• Bring camp chairs & canopies – it gets hot! (Bug spray too)
• Spectator set-up is outside the pool gates - tailgate style in the parking lot
• No tents or chairs are allowed inside the pool gates
• Spectators may enter briefly to cheer during races, then exit after
• Swimmers and families are not permitted to go on the tennis courts

Schedule

• Warm-ups begin at 5:30 PM 
• Swimmers may line up 3 events in advance behind the blocks
• Only coaches and volunteers are allowed behind the blocks – no parents

🚫 Restricted Areas

• No access to the upstairs pavilion or tennis courts
• Swimmers may use the breezeway restrooms only

Concessions

Located in the parking lot – cash and Venmo accepted (@wost21)

Food options include:

• Brisket, BBQ pork & chicken sandwiches
• Hamburgers, hotdogs, chicken fingers
• Candy, snacks, and drinks
