Plan for swimmers to arrive at the pool by 4:45 for warmups. Bullpen volunteers try to arrive by 4:30. Do not park in the clubhouse parking lot. It is reserved for our visiting team. Please try to walk to the pool if possible, but if you park, please only park on one side of the street to allow for emergency vehicles. No parking on roads with medians.

Plan to eat tonight at The Hammerhead Cafe! They'll be selling Chick-Fil-A nuggets and sandwiches, Pizza, Candy and Snacks, Pickles, Ice Pops and Drinks. Swim caps will be available for $6.

Please do not set up any chairs alongside the pool during the meet. For proper traffic flow, we need that area clear. Parents may sit back near bullpen areas or up on the Clubhouse Lawn.

- Thursday is Picture Day!

CLIX will be taking pictures again this year (no advance pay required).

• Please wear your swimsuit and team shirt!
• Individual and group/family pics begin at 9:30 am.
• Team picture staging begins at 10:15 am.
• They encourage everyone to take an individual photo.
• When lining up for their individual photos to please stay in line with their siblings so that we can snap a quick sibling photo.
• Parents will receive an email with a link to view and order all their athlete's photos once the photo gallery is made active after the event date (usually within 24-48 hours after the event).
