Time to get ready... our first swim meet is Thursday at HOME!

Important Reminders

• We do have practice on meet days. If you are not able to practice Thursday and are swimming in the meet, please e-mail us so that we know to expect them at the meet.
• If your swimmer cannot attend the meet unexpectedly, please notify us by 10:00 am on the day of the meet.
• We will post individual meet entries at the swim office during practice Thursday. Finalized meet entries and heat sheets will be e-mailed out early Thursday afternoon.

The meet theme is Color Wars (5/6's: RED, 7/8's: BLUE, 9/10's: GREEN, 11+: PURPLE)!

Every swimmer that participates in the spirit theme can see the Spirit coordinators and enter their name in a drawing to win a prize!

Home meet logistics:

Plan for swimmers to arrive at the pool by 4:45 for warmups. Bullpen volunteers try to arrive by 4:30. Do not park in the clubhouse parking lot. It is reserved for our visiting team. Please try to walk to the pool if possible, but if you park, please only park on one side of the street to allow for emergency vehicles. No parking on roads with medians.

Plan to eat at The Hammerhead Cafe! They'll be selling Chick-Fil-A nuggets and sandwiches, Pizza, Candy and Snacks, Pickles, Ice Pops and Drinks. Swim caps will be available for $6.

Stay connected to any weather news on our Remind @nhhammer. Thunder/lightning can delay the meet and we will try to complete the meet tomorrow night (get through Event 46).

Please do not set up any chairs alongside the pool during the meet. For proper traffic flow, we need that area clear. Parents may sit back near bullpen areas or up on the Clubhouse Lawn.
