Hi Parents,

Happy PINK OUT! Thanks to all those who've donated! We love seeing those pink balloons!

Tonight's meet is an exciting finale to our great season. We face off against Arbor Bridge, so come ready to SWIM FAST!

Please see the attached final swimmer entries and Heat Sheets.

Plan for swimmers to arrive at the pool by 4:45 for warmups. Bullpen volunteers try to arrive by 4:30. Do not park in the clubhouse parking lot. It is reserved for our visiting team. Please try to walk to the pool if possible, but if you park, please only park on one side of the street to allow for emergency vehicles. No parking on roads with medians.

Plan to eat tonight at The Hammerhead Cafe. They'll be selling Chick Fil A nuggets and sandwiches, Pizza, Candy and Snacks, Pickles, Ice Pops and Drinks. Cash and Venmo available. Swim caps will be available for $6.

Please do not set up any chairs alongside the pool during the meet. For proper traffic flow, we need that area clear. Parents may sit back near bullpen areas or up on the Clubhouse Lawn.

-The meet theme is Pink Out. Dress up and check in at the spirit table for your chance to win a prize!

-Please mark your child's arm with events prior to arrival.

-Tomorrow, Wednesday June 26 is the awards banquet at 5:30 pm in the Clubhouse. We'll have recognition, awards and a slideshow. Following the awards is a pool party and pizza. Bring drinks/water bottles for your family. Wear your Hammerheads T-shirt and a swimsuit.

New coordinators needed

We are looking for Parents to help in Coordinator roles. We need help with Volunteer Coordinating as well as new Team Coordinators for next summer. This is essential for the continued success of our program. Please reach out if you might be interested in joining our Coordinator Team next season!
