We're excited for our away swim meet tomorrow at Windsor Oaks!

Important Reminders

• We do have practice on meet days. If you are not able to practice Tuesday and are swimming in the meet, please e-mail us so that we know to expect them at the meet.
• If your swimmer cannot attend the meet unexpectedly, please notify us by 10:00 am on the day of the meet.
• We will post individual meet entries at the swim office during practice Tuesday. Finalized meet entries and heat sheets will be e-mailed out early Tuesday afternoon.

The meet theme is Crazy Hats!

Every swimmer that participates in the spirit theme can see the Spirit coordinators and enter their name in a drawing to win a prize! 10 names will be drawn each week.

Location: Windsor Oaks pool is located at 2992 Windsor Way, Marietta, GA 30066.

Parking:Parking at the Windsor Oaks pool is very limited. Carpooling is encouraged as we have a small parking lot. Park on the street before the hill that leads to the pool - do not try to pull up in to the parking lot. You can drive through the parking lot to drop off your chairs and tents and then look for a golfcart driving around to bring you back up.Please be good to our neighbors and do not block driveways. Also, remember to not park in crosswalks, intersections, or near fire hydrants. Only park on one side of the street!

Set-Up and Seating: Bring your own camp chairs (and canopies if you would like, it gets hot). Spectators for both teams are set up outside in the parking lot tailgate style. Spectators and swimmers will NOT be allowed to set up chairs on the pool deck; however, spectators are welcome to come in and stand to cheer during their swimmer's races.

Restricted Areas: No one is allowed in the upstairs of the pavilion or anywhere on the tennis courts at any time- be sure to tell your swimmers! Swimmers may only use the restrooms located directly in the breezeway between the parking lot and pool.

Concessions: We accept cash and Venmo (@wost21). There will be two locations to get food. Hot meals will be available in the parking lot. The stand under the pavilion will have Lunchables, PB&J’s, chips, candy, drinks.

Our concession stand will also have lunchables, PB and Jelly sandwiches, chips, candy & drinks and will accept cash and Venmo (@wost21).

New coordinators needed

We are looking for Parents to help in Coordinator roles. We need help with Volunteer Coordinating as well as new Team Coordinators for next summer. This is essential for the continued success of our program. Please reach out if you might be interested in joining our Coordinator Team this season or next!
