Time to get ready... our first swim meet is Wednesday at Westchester!

Important Reminders

• We do have practice on meet days. If you are not able to practice Wednesday and are swimming in the meet, please e-mail us so that we know to expect them at the meet.
• If your swimmer cannot attend the meet unexpectedly, please notify us by 10:00 am on the day of the meet.
• We will post individual meet entries at the swim office during practice Wednesday. Finalized meet entries and heat sheets will be e-mailed out early Wednesday afternoon.

The meet theme is Favorite Team/Jerseys!

Every swimmer that participates in the spirit theme can see the Spirit coordinators and enter their name in a drawing to win a prize! 10 names will be drawn each week.

Instructions from Westchester:

Please plan to park in the subdivision on the designated side of the road (we will have signs out). Please do not park by the entrance to the subdivision or on Mabry Rd. We have limited parking spots in our clubhouse parking lot.

We will have a Concession Stand set up on the pool deck. We will offer pizza, burgers, hotdogs, chips, fruit, candy, drinks and much more – CC & Venmo payments will be an option, as well as using cash.

We will have PICTURE DAY on Thursday!

We have a new vendor, CLIX, taking pictures this year (no advance pay required). 

• Please wear your swimsuit and team shirt!
• Individual and group/family pics begin at 9 am.
• Team picture staging begins at 9:45 am.
• They encourage everyone to take an individual photo. 
• When lining up for their individual photos to please stay in line with their siblings so that we can snap a quick sibling photo.
• Parents will receive an email with a link to view and order all their athlete's photos once the photo gallery is made active after the event date (usually within 24-48 hours after the event).

We are looking for Parents to help in Coordinator roles. We need help with Volunteer Coordinating as well as new Team Coordinators for next summer.
