Hello Parents! 

We are just over a week away from our first meet! The kids have been working hard in the water to prepare, and now we need each of you to do a quick task for us, too. As you know, we have a new website. So this year we have a different method for RSVPing for each meet. We need each parent to log in and let us know whether or not your child(ren) will be attending each meet. This is different from years past when we asked you to tell us only if your swimmers were missing a meet. This year we need RSVPs for ALL meets for BOTH attending AND not attending swimmers. But don’t worry - it’s super easy, it will take less than 2 minutes to complete, and you can complete it for all five meets at once! We’ve even included step-by-step instructions in the attached file. And if something changes as the season progresses, it’s also super easy to update (instructions for that are also included!). 

Hopefully this will be easier for you to keep us updated without having to send us tons of emails. It will also be a HUGE help for us, and will greatly reduce the number of mistakes and rework with the meet line ups each week. We thank you in advance for taking the time to do this!
