Hi Parents,

We are just over a week away from our first meet, and need to pass along some information.  There will be several emails coming your way in the next day or two that are very important, and will require action on your part.  Please read them thoroughly!!

Here is a quick list of information we want to pass along:

1) 5/6 Year Old Swimmers: On Tuesday (tomorrow), Coach Cooper is conducting a time trial for free style and back stroke events. In order to swim in the first meet, the swimmer needs to swim across the pool under 1.5 minutes. By the end of practice, you will know whether your swimmer will be in the first meet on May 30th. Please try to have your swimmer at practice!!!

2) RSVP for meets - This year we need RSVPs for ALL meets for BOTH attending AND not attending swimmers.  An email with instructions will follow in a separate email. 

3) Volunteer Sign Ups - This year, parents will be signing up for volunteer shifts online.  More details and instructions will follow in a separate email.  

4) Team Shirts will be available for pick up this week in the swim room. 

5) Spirit Themes for Each Meet - This year there will be small prizes for the best dressed in each age group. 

• May 30 - Hawaiian
• June 6 - Be a Nerd
• June 13 - Disney
• June 20 - Crazy Hat
• June 27 - Americana
